It was ok stay. Can not say good about anything

No breakfast at the property. Parking was away from the place. My grevience is for the booking.com for not sharing the right information on website. Once the booking amount paid, then only it says , meal is not included in your booking. Parking is away from the place. What picture is shared on the website, room is quite different from that. No natural light in the room. Towels and blankets are too old.

Staff very supportive and helpful. Rooms are good.

Wrong Location shone on booking.com site and actually reality of location was very bad and also nature of hotel

The distance to the temple was not too bad better than other hotels nearby. Check in was flexible. The AC in our room was very good and kept us comfortable and cold.

There was not much things that are good about our stay. Firstly, the hotel itself smelt very poorly. Every hallway smelt hideous and horrible.Our room had air fresheners which clearly had not been changed and gave it a nasty smell. The smell was not pleasant at all and was hard to breathe.The room had literally no air circulation which made it also hard for us to breathe. Next, the room we stayed in had many faults. Inside the room had 2 power sockets which we could have used. However, one of the sockets we did not use as it did not work, and because of that my phone died; the other socket we did not use but that one probably did not work either. Secondly, there was a small TV and it had its own TV remote. The TV remote was borderline useless as it did not work. I do not know if it's the battery that did not work or the TV has not been serviced. It also had its back battery cover missing which further lowered the rating of this hotel for us. This is not a life threatening problem but what is the point of a TV if it does not even work? The fan also rattled and shook every time we turned it on and it felt like it was going to fall on us while we were sleeping. Thirdly, the bathroom. A bathroom needs cleaning but this bathroom had none of it. It again did not smell pleasant and it did not have a clean bathroom floor. This made us AFRAID and CONCERNED to go to the toilet. Also the housekeeping gave us two soap bars but there was no stand or a small platform to lay the soap. This again made us frustrated and annoyed to have a shower. Finally, the hallway had lizards everywhere. One was even dead in the first floor near the lift and I do not know why, but they did not clean it for a long while.This made us disgusted with this place, disgusted to walk in the hallway and disgusted to live there for even a night. We chose this hotel because it looked nice in their pictures but the pictures were not ideal.
