Best location though parking is 200meter away from hotel. Staff are very good. Room service is also very good.

The staff allowed us early check-in, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.

1. They repeatedly insisted we switch to a triple bed room, even though we had already booked and paid for a deluxe room. 2. They asked us to cancel our online booking, which felt unprofessional and pushy. 3. Since we refused to cancel, they ended up giving us a double bed room instead of the deluxe one. 4. It seemed like the deluxe room was never actually available in the first place. 5. The photos shown online were completely different from the room we were provided — quite misleading and disappointing
