Nikiti Botanic Pool Suites

We loved staying at Botanic Pool Suites, we were super happy to be given the largest suite on the first floor. The apartment was spacious and looked almost brand new, with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen, but the best part of the apartment was the huge balcony with a beautiful swimming pool that overlooks the see and pine tree forests. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and they cleaned our apartment every day and changed the towels every 2-3 days which was very nice. We will definitely come back again.

The location is in a secluded and quiet area in between Metemorphosis and Nikiti and there are no beaches within walking distance, but we were there with our car so it was easy for us to move around. One advice for other tourists is to leave the apartment earlier every day if you will visit beaches South of Nikiti, as there is a long cue of cars coming from the North every day going to the beaches in the South so you get stuck in traffic if you don't leave before 9-10am.

A simply perfect place - peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery and wild nature that’s breathtaking to wake up to each day. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, and the suite had everything we could ask for. The beautiful location and proximity to stunning nature and the sea made it truly special. This place is ideal for a relaxing, romantic, or family vacation, and also great for remote work, with plenty of sitting options and charging spots. The staff was very kind, and the place was cleaned almost daily.

The pool not being heated felt like a real missed opportunity - the surroundings are so inviting and beautiful that it’s a shame not to be able to enjoy a swim (we came in May). That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Some of the kitchenware was in a bad shape.

Never again. Fortunately, we only booked this place for two nights – otherwise, we would have had to leave early despite having paid in advance. The accommodation was dirty on arrival and had clearly only been cleaned very superficially. The furniture and appliances are of the cheapest quality. The sliding door was stuck, and the house is extremely noisy – we could hear every step and chair movement from our neighbours next door and upstairs until midnight. The worst part, however, was the pool pump starting around 10 p.m., making a loud water sound from the basement, as if a stream was running through the apartment. It was anything but relaxing. The pool itself was disappointing too: ice cold and clearly not heated. The whole complex feels unfinished, carelessly built and extremely cheap. What looks like a luxurious place in the promotional photos is just marketing – at a totally unjustified high price. The coffee machine was in a completely unhygienic state – dirty, never cleaned, simply disgusting. There were no blackout blinds in the bathroom, and the glass door allowed sunlight to shine directly into the bedroom early in the morning. Even more annoying were the extremely cheap sun blinds on the windows, which hung about 20 cm away from the wall. As a result, the room was already bright as day around 5 a.m. Additionally, the power is completely shut off when leaving the apartment – presumably to prevent the air conditioning from running. However, this also means you can’t charge any devices like your phone or tablet while you’re out. The air conditioning units themselves were also very low-end and failed to warm the room even in March. Given the low-quality construction of the building, it’s likely that cooling in the summer will be equally ineffective.

A perfect and beautiful place to enjoy someone his vacations. If someone is looking for relax, luxury and privacy, I think it is the right place.

Everything: -a large pool just for us, location right next to the sea - quiet - Nikiti town is a 5 min drive away - taverns near by - the apartment itself is huge: 2 bedroom, 2 baths, a living room and a kitchen - really nice staff and we even met the owner and she was great

On the down side I would only say the bedsheets are really rigid and rough. Everything else was perfect.

The property is very well equipped and brand new. You have all you need except food to spend your time there without moving anywhere. Pools are clean and big enough to share with friends.

Staff were really helpful, answering emails promptly. Suite was keep really clean.

Our suite was two bedroom, but the master bedroom didn't have a door!! It was really open plan with the living/kitchen area!! Just had a basic wooden screen partially dividing the two areas.. These did seem a little cheapskate on build to me. Didn't like the busy road just 50 yards behind the property. This certainly isn't visible on the pictures. Road noise not loud but audible all the time. Kitchen described as fully equipped... Hmmmm. It's equipped but to minimum levels. Only given one dishwasher tablet for an eight night stay and one coffee pod per day.
