숙소는 깨끗하고 방사이즈도 넓어서 좋았어요- 4인으로 예약하고 갔는데 2인추가요금을 요청하셔서 당황하긴했는데 가족이냐고 물어보셔서 두번당황하셨다고하네요. 시설에 대해서는 전체적으로 다 만족스러우셨던거같습니다

"알바생 서비스 빼고 다좋음"

건물 깨끗 룸상태 좋고 침대 베개도 푹신 다 좋았는데 알바생으로 보이는 안경쓴 젊은 남자직원 서비스가 불친절해서 별하나 뺐어요 수건 더 달라고하니 냅다 방번호부터 물어보고 쳐다보지도 않고 수건이 없다며.. 내일 아침에 다시 물어보시던가 라는 답변은 직원교육이 전혀 안되신듯요 담날 아침에 체크아웃해주신 나이있으신 남자분은 친절했어요 그점빼고는 호텔시설 자체와 위치는 만족스러웠습니다
