the location was lovely and the garden enclosed and private with a nice view, and the pool was clean and fine

The kitchen was hopelessly equipped, and far from hygenic, the cooking utensils were old and completely inadequate and we had to buy a pans to be able to cook meals with. One shower did not work properly, there was also rodents scurrying in the roof space. The local representative failed to show up during our week, she also tried to charge us for bedding and towels we had already paid for, she was slow to answer any messages.
