Peaceful Palms Montego Bay

Very central location, close to the airport. and a minutses from the airport. Love the view of the Caribbean fro. the poolside..... Breathtaking!!! H Nathaniel, our conceige, was super friendly, attentive, and made us experience the :home" feeling.

The shower could’ve been better. Water pressure and hot water. I talked to them about and he showed me he have to manually turn it on which he did but still no hot water it got warm after 20 min but yea. No wash rags had to purchase our selves. No tv in rooms. Only in living room

I booked to stay at this property 3 times over the last 2 weeks while away with my friends, and even though the hurricane had damaged the property the host Nathaniel went above and beyond for us! The place feels like a home from home, really social and welcoming. He went completely out of his way to make sure we had everything we need and I would recommend the place to anyone! Once all the damage is repaired the place will be ideal for groups of friends who want to cook chill and have a few drinks and the beds are so comfy! 10/10 thank you so much again for everything! See you in July!

The accommodation did not match its description. There was a loud party at the property until 2 a.m., and the hosts were actively participating, creating an unsafe environment. The room was also not properly cleaned. Despite reviews stating the property was quiet and peaceful, this was not the case. I reported the issue through Booking.com, but no resolution was provided. Due to the excessive noise and lack of safety, I could not sleep at all. And would like a refund for that.

The staff was great, helpful and I enjoyed the interaction. The place is a work in progress due to hurricane damage.
