Peaceful Palms Montego Bay

Mooie locatie en omgeving met zeezicht. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Bij vragen werd direct geholpen. Kom graag terug.

L'hôte est très gentil et arrangeant et à trouvé des solutions pour nous qui n'avions plus de cash avant de reprendre l'avion le lendemain. La vue sur la terrasse avec la piscine et la mer est très jolie. L'établissement est particulièrement propre. Un endroit super et calme si vous avez une voiture. Si vous êtes à pied, ce quartier résidentiel est un peu loin du centre.

Bonne guesthouse pour quelques jours à Montego Bay, proche de l'aéroport. Il n'y a en revanche rien de très intéressant à côté, il faudra forcément avoir une voiture ou prendre un taxi.

The Host Antonio was very friendly and helpfull. The booked room was Not available when we reached. So we got a better room because of the Work in the other bathroom. Kitchen has good Equipment .The place has a Lot of space.

We didnt got a Phone number to contact the Host when we arrived the Island.

I stayed here 22/2/2025,100% disappointed as my partner and I was so excited to get some away time,so the first thing was 1.Not Being able to locate property 2.The entrance was a very steep hill and parking space very tight,we were told there's a possibility we'd be blocked in,debris was all over in possible parking space. 3.We were then told it was shared restroom,a oversight on our path we must admit, but we never thought that could even be a thing at a semi resort 4.The room had no TV 5.The wifi password was placed on the wall but no password below,we asked and was told we'd have to go all the way to the back to see the password 6.The breakfast offered on site,when we queried about it we were told it would be a waste to make breakfast for just 2 person 7.The fan was very dirty and room very dusty...air conditioner was a additional cost of 7usd while room is full of mosquitoes and windows had to be open to get fresh breeze then along came the scent of weed 8.Bed worn out and sunk with us after being on it a while 9.Other guest noisy and you can easily hear everything around 10.odd odor in bathroom when tiolet is flushed or we took a shower We were not able to sleep throughout the entire night,we wanted to leave but had no where to go at that time.We booked 2 nights but left the following morning. Reached out to host,stated he understood and would get back to us re a refund if even for the night we did not pay for,said he'd get back but calls to him has been unsuccessful, we contemplated whether to write a review or not and we decided others do need to know what their getting into and also the common decency to get back to us and simply even apologize would have been enough

We could not recommend Peaceful Palms enough! Antonio made us feel so welcome, and it felt like being invited into his home and family. Peaceful Palms itself was clean, roomy and in a great location - we had three of us sharing one room and we had plenty of space. Some evenings and mornings we had food at Peaceful Palms, cooked by Antonio and it was all so delicious. The vibe was great - it was great to meet and chat to some of the other guests, but also a great balance of privacy. Without a doubt, the next time we come to Montego Bay we will be staying with Antonio at Peaceful Palms. There’s no better place to stay in Montego Bay!

Antonio and Troy were so accommodating To us. They made sure that we had all the resources we needed to travel around Montego Bay. Troy was So helpful and took us around different areas in Montego Bay that we never would have seen if not for him. We only spent one night there Because I had a late respite coming into Montego. Our reservation was at the Riu the next day. Troy took us there, like 4 mins drive. We had a nice evening the day I came in. Troy took us to 27/27 club which was soooo lit! Antonio gave us tips on how to navigate the area. We talked to him for hours on his experiences and it was like talking to a family member.

The rating of 4.6 on booking.com is super overrated. There was no one to receive us, struggled to find the property, since there was no sign board, struggled to find the actual entrance, just went in kept calling. The place was a mess, with boxes and things scattered, bathroom was supposed to be shared which was a shocker, the owner came in 3 hours after we were pointed at a room by another person. The icing on the sour cake was when the water shut off the next morning. We just packed up and left. Manager was kind enough to drop us off at another hotel. Nice guy, but this place is not ready for rental.
