The harbour was beautiful, good location for sightseeing. Pubs were lovely , locals very friendly.
The shower tray is still an issue, even though it's been mentioned in previous reviews. Parking was horrendous and is now £10 a day not the £5 advertised in the welcome pack. Hate to think what it would be like in high season, as very little spaces. The stairs are very difficult to navigate as no rail to hold onto . Extra fees to pay for Good Housekeeping Bond asked for after you have booked. Not mentioned when booking!

It was cosy, and warm. Bath was lovely
No travel cot mattress - we thought this would be provided as every travel cot is different. We didn’t use the shower because of the past reviews just incase it flooded. Empty box of matches so didn’t use the fire

Very clean, great bath, great location and the lady who manages it was great when we locked the key inside.
Lacking in kitchen equipment and shower leaks all over the floor.

Love the decorating and the quirkiness of the property. Especially the walk-in wardrobe. Appreciated the outside seating in the courtyard.
I would have liked a few more cooking utensils. The shower poured water over the floor towards and under the basin, even if you had the shower curtain taut. The large sofa under the windows was hard and uncomfortable for my wife, so we ended up having a settee each. No recycling facilities! I know it sounds like I’m moaning, but it’s honestly constructive feedback. They’re just little things really. But the water on the floor from the shower is an issue that needs to be creatively solved.
