Internet connection didn't properly work and I had to use my hot spot to work

empty hotel, no communication, key box difficult to find and not mentioned during booking process, extremely hard mattress, no invoice offered, no communication. And different smaller room offered than advertised. I do not recommend!

The most dirty room . I didn’t stay .

Location was great. Room was very clean, spacious with plenty of storage room. The heating was working well.

Staff was difficult to be reached on the premises. When I booked, I was unaware that the place functioned similar to an air-b&b within a hotel. I did not have internet connection at arrival and was unable to get in touch with the new owner. The entrance did not make a good impression in terms of cleanliness and order.

TOTAL SCAM! The photos correspond to the past years of glory, not now! The hotel does not have restaurant, not even for breakfast, despite of being written in the description. There is no reception, no one that can help, everything is handled by messague through booking! Two of the three days of my stay I did not have hot water and no one even informed me. The cleaning lady did not do the room the first day and I had to request cleaning for the second day. AVOID this hotel!

The room was clean and comfortable enough. The location was good. I had no problems with access out of hours but there was no person available on the desk at any point I was there.

It turns out this room was not part of the hotel. There was no breakfast or the possibility to order it. There was no wifi or anyone to contact about it. The room was not serviced the entire time I was there (3 days). The shower drain was blocked/ slowly draining.
