Abbey farm luxury glamping

Peaceful . Lovely views. The owner Celia was so nice and greeted us to explain everything. The pod was really comfy,stylish and had everything we needed. Hot tub was a treat. Home made chocolate cake was delicious and the eggs from the farm. Great location . The site has been well thought out to make it enjoyable.

Excellent location and lovely place to stay

It was the perfect little pod to enjoy a relaxing, quiet weekend. The hot tub was actually incredible! I honestly hadn't been that relaxed in a long time, and even the rain showers and cold weather didn't bother us once we were in. Celia was a brilliant host, from welcoming us with lovely homemade cake to starting up the fire for the tub whilst we enjoyed a couple of drinks in the local pub (an excellent recommendation from Celia). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning some time in the near future.

Small space but well organised and equipped, very clean, amazing views

The Glamping Pod was clean and tidy. The double bed was incredibly comfy! Bathroom facilities were great. Very nice to have a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. The outside hot bath was really nice and the fire pit was great to sit around at night time. The hostess was really helpful, polite and welcoming. The location of Abbey Farm was great and easy to get to.

The fridge is tiny and not fit for purpose. I would suggest taking the shelf out of the pan cupboard and putting a bigger fridge where the pans currently are. I would then put the pans under the sink where the fridge currently is. We were both disappointed that we had paid £340 for this pod expecting it to be very private, peaceful and quiet. On the day we arrived, 2 families arrived with around 5 children and set up camping tents around 10 metres behind our Glamping Pod. The children were incredibly irritating, loud and annoying. They were playing football behind our pod near to our car, riding their bikes, and generally just been kids. In the evening the children were awake until around 21:30 hours. For £340, I do not believe children should be anywhere near the glamping pods. My suggestion would be ensuring that only adults set up their tents near the glamping pods. Because of these, reasons, we didn’t think it was value for money but it would be if these two comments were fixed in the future.

Privacy was great, view was great, to honest the whole stay was great. Hosts are amazing and helpful. Partner left few items and they where quick to let us know and sent them via post.

Wow is the best way to describe the pod and the area its truly amazing. Celia was fab and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. we wanted for nothing. The perfect place for a peaceful romantic getaway on our honeymoon. The bed was super comfortable and the hot bath was amazing. We would highly recommend. Thank you 😊
