和室　埃が結構落ちてた 大浴場　カルキが強く温泉感が感じられない 部屋のベッドのコンセントが通電してなかった

部屋が広くて窓からの浜名湖の眺めが良かった 夕食では鰻の食べ放題に満足 露天風呂からの眺めも良かった 他の家族も割安感があって良かったと言う感想

食事の場所が狭く隣のお客さんと椅子がぶつけたりした 売店をもう少し充実して欲しい

お風呂は思っていたより綺麗でした。部屋は広くて孫たちとトランプなどして遊ぶ事が出来た。うなぎが美味しかった。

ロビーの椅子が少なく　ロビーからの景色が良くない。食事後は部屋に行くしかなかった。うなぎのおすすめの食べ方の写真があれはもっと良かったです。白焼　ひつまぶし　お茶漬けなど
