Nilai Youth City Residence

Such a horrible experience! We came for a family function in nilai and booked the house a month earlier. According to the host check-in time is 3.00pm and he said will give key collection details by 2.50pm. BUT end up after several followups he gives key collection details at 3.30pm. We booked for a family with elderly people waiting half an hour for the information. finally nearly 4pm Upon key collection we went to the unit. And we are very disappointed that after 1hour waiting and it's come to know that the unit is blackout no electricity due to the main switch issue. We called the host to complain and they kept asking us to wait and wait until the technician came and repair the switch box. There's another drama that goes on for 1 hour plus by the technician. The technician also couldn't find out what the error was and we are one family waiting inside the house with luggage and in the heat. After multiple trials the technician said sorry this couldn't be repaired. And the host just keeps silent only us to keep calling and asking for updates. They just simply said we don't have extra units and we will do a refund. Yes I agree you need a refund but now the issue is not about the money it's about our time and accommodation.. and we are from Johor and waiting all day for accommodation and need to join the family function in a few hours. VERY DISAPPOINTED

They did not provide toilet paper!!! Sorry but I am traveling for 13 years around the world now, stayed in more than 200 hotels and apartments but that someone doesn’t offer toilet paper - never happened before!! It’s the bare minimum! Also: you offer your place in a global city on a global platform- to provide an adapter fir your guests for 5$ where people can charge their phones and laptop could be also useful! Warm water in the shower didn’t work either and the location is bad! Neighborhood is Not nice and nothing to do there.
