The cultural programs was good

I have booked this property two months before in Booking .com for my travel in december with my family to avoid any last minute hastle. During booking time i got confirmation from the property and everything was good.So i called them 2 days before the booking date for double confirmation and they said the booking was not confirmed as i have not given 30% advance which is not mentioned in any of the details,and i was ready to pay the amount and they told there are no rooms available currently ,i was really tensed as i am travelling with the family and i already started my journey,Thanks to Booking .com The customer service sorted this issue after multiple follow ups .But the service from the property was very unnacceptable. Now about the Property Even though its a tent stay, the cleanliness is poor, Rooms were not maintained properly, They have given torn bath towels It was very cold in December time ,there was no kettle provided for drinking hot water and we hand to drink cold bottle water and got sick They are charging 6k for one room (as i booked 2 months before) around 12k in season atpeast basic amenities is appreciable The food was average The only thing i liked was the cultural programms they have provided I have booked as booking.com provided a Genius tag to this propery ,also their website looked nice ,But as my point of view its not a value for money property. There are very good desert camps in that areas , I was very disappointed with this stay

My experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and made sure every detail of my stay was comfortable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices, and the service in the restaurant was quick and attentive. The cultural programme is with Rajasthani traditional music and dance was superb The location was also perfect—easy to access yet peaceful and relaxing

Between tents it was full of garbage. Bed Sheets were dirty ( On request they gave us hopefully clean sheet but that too had lots of dirty marks) Breakfast was cold. It was cheap compared to others but with a little extra cost they can easily provide better facilities. Ground was littered with Bricks/rocks and garbage.
