Apartament modern Ared UTA

Well located in quiet area, next to restaurants and super markets (also good for UTA fans as directly next to the stadion), safe parking, lift to 9th floor. The mall and industrial area (Atrium and Afi) are in walking distance with stores, food etc. Easy communication with the owner, well equipped (air condition, kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and microwave, kettle, washing machine, detergent, dryer). Very comfortable mattress!

The pillows are really uncomfortable but that's a personal preference. A small bin in the bathroom for sanitary product etc is missing.

there is no balcony, you need to keep this in mind if you plan to do laundry; insect nets would be appreciated especially during summer

Location of the apartment was perfect. We really appreciated the gated and secure parking. Also, a security guard for the complex was regularly walking round. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The host was easily reachable and very helpful and informative on how to access the key and access the apartment and parking. Would definitely stay here again!
