GBGood living, dining, and sleeping areas with comfortable beds (at least the one we chose was), and effective AC; seaview; decent amount of crockery and good mugs; great washing machine and balcony for drying. I raised a number of issues with owner that he was unaware of but grateful to receive, and his speed in reacting and attitude were exemplary. This included organising an excellent wine and beer delivery for our Christmas toast!
NB: Address: Correct property name is "Pentagon Seashell Building, Apt 5B"! It's an 11-storey block (didn't realise that) with a seaview, but lots of rubbish lying around building and neighbourhood is unsightly. Pool is located behind locked doors (Security has key) on 10th floor within dingy walled area and not strictly infinity. Minimal amount of cooking utensils and cutlery.
INGood property, well furnished apartment with 3 bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, washing machine, water filter, provided. The location, facing the sea, is very convenient as the restaurants and markets are not far.
No AC in the living room. Calicut is hot/ warm all year round and the property is sea facing, gets hot in the afternoon and evening.
INMy stay at this Sea Shell apartment was exceptional! The space was beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
