Villa Marta la staccionata

A very comfortable and exceptionally clean countryside house, just a few minutes’ drive from Polignano a Mare. The house has everything you could need and a very friendly owner who lives in another part of the property.

On the downside, although you’re in nature, there’s no opportunity to walk around the surroundings – no sidewalks and mostly private properties nearby. Also, there’s no view from the terrace, as it’s enclosed by wooden partitions, so despite the large space, it can feel a bit cramped.

Weinig keukengereedschap bv,schilmesje,geen broodplank ,maar naar vragen kreeg je die wel van Marta ze is heel attent en aardig, ze doet er alles aan om het je naar je zin te maken.ze bracht olijfolie,een watermeloen,zelfs de limoncello stond klaar!

Il periodo in cui siamo stati io e mio marito la casa era fresca nonostante fuori facesse caldo. L’appartamento era pulito e profumato. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Close to stores and tourist spots. The house owner is warm-hearted. The house smells good, too.
