"Horrible, the worst customer service"

Nothing , the service was completely poor , the staff has no sense of urgency from the the of arrival till we start having very annoying, unpleasant sounds the whole night through our stay

Poor , poor customer services from the lady at reception, right to the help desk , The bed is discomfort, the sound noises and sounds all throughout the night .
