GBHot tub and trampoline
Location- between railway lines and main road. Only 2 wine glasses and 1 champagne glass all others plastic and no tumblers. Only 3 toilet rolls between 6 people for 3 nights. Coffee machine but only 2 milk pods. Dirty bin and only 1 bin bag provided. No recycling with bins at top of the long driveway.Dog barking at 4.30 in morning. Area around property very untidy .

Uncontrollable things - trains nearby. that was exacerbated by a faulty crossing alarm ringing - nothing that is the fault Of the property though

IEHouse was extremely well equipped, clean and very comfortable with plenty of private outside space. Well located for sightseeing around the area. Shops, pubs and cafes easily accessible.
An unexpected amount of road noise.

GBLovely cottage that's very well presented and equipped. The welcome hamper was great with lots of nice touches. Location is handy for exploring lots of places by car. Not really many places within walking distance though but we weren't bothered as planned to use the car each day. We had a couple of issues with the hot tub and the owner was round quickly to sort it.
The immediate surroundings are a bit scruffy, this doesn't detract from the lovely cottage though. Unfortunately I was kept awake through each of the 3 nights by a dog barking in next doors garden and so i eventually moved to the sofa bed in a room at the front of the property. We told the owner after the 2nd night (turned out it was his own dog) but it actually barked more on the 3rd night keeping us all awake for periods through night, this was dissapointing especially considering we'd let them know it was an issue.
GBExcellent, well equipped & maintained property although slightly overlooked, with shared access. Perfect situation for exploring the local area with plenty of things within easy reach. A great property for a longer stay & outdoor facilities to be utilised in the warmer weather
