No shampoo, soap, hotel staff, hotel policies do not analyze the customer, this causes problems for the customer, the hotel is not that good, but the money is too much.Much better hotels can be found for less money than this

The traffic noise with a highway next to my window. Noisy air conditioning. Mattress was very uncomfortable

Nothing, staff were rude and unhelpful. We were turned away at midnight with a confirmed booking. We were told they had a “first come first serve rule”, which is completely unacceptable and unfair when we had a CONFIRMED booking and were given zero warning before coming to the hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE if you want to arrive and get turned away.

the rooms were well-maintained, and the staff was super helpful. A pleasant stay with a warm atmosphere.

Horrible horrible experience We were robbed on the corner and they kept pretending to call police and told me they were closed and go out to highway to get taxi after asking them to get one for me Didn’t stay got as far away from there as possible

It was very close to my friends apartment.

The Skyway highway was right next to my room. Very noisy.

The room was totally messed up. Beds and Towels look unhygienic. Bathroom is not also cleaned. Nobody pick up the call from the reception and to think the room is on the 5th floor with no elevator. So decided to change Hotel.
