Townhouse OAK Metro Manila Near Osmena Highway PNR Pasay formerly Avitel Hotel

Worst place to stay. Horrible room, no wifi, very noisy from the highways right next to the windows Dont recommend this place.

The location was good and clean and the team work was very helpful

The aircon is very loud and not working good

Very easy check in and out. The staff are amazing 👏 👌

Bathroom a bit small.

It was located right beside a noisy, busy super expressway. The building looked grimy and nothing at all like the picture on the booking.com website. It was so unattractive that I did not even bother to go in, though I was charged as a no-show. I booked and went to Red Planet Amorsolo instead, which turned out to be a disappointment due to the fact that i couldn't get the wii-fi in my room and the rudeness of the little queeny guy at the front desk.

I reserved the room but they said their system was not updated so didn’t check in to room

The price is very good and the location is very near to major establishments and malls.
