The kindest staff ever. I was a unique case, my original hotel giving my room away and leaving me with nothing on a busy holiday. Jungle Sanctuary kept me from being on the street for a night. BE AWARE. This hotel does not want to be listed by Expedia. Expedia consistently allows customers to book with this hotel, even when the hotel is already fully booked. I showed up and they had heard nothing about me. Although I do recommend this hotel, DO NOT book with them through Expedia. Reach out to them directly if you want to stay here, because Expedia may leave you stranded like they did me
