I did not get to check the property since I wanted to check in but got no assistance

The customer service is horrible, very poor

Nicely spacious, good location and beautiful rooms

Communication from management or staff with colleagues can be improved, especially if there is anything that would affect guests or be of interest.

The couches were dirty, the bedding was old with bleach stains, there was a cockroach in the bathtub, the host came to collect payment at 8pm even called because she knocked and there was no response, my dinner was interrupted because I had to return to the property to pay, the wifi is slow, I had to switch off the fridge because it was making a loud noise, the air conditioner was no better with the noise either
