Front desk clerk gave me keys to a room that was already occupied. However, we received two complementary beverages for the mix up. I would have preferred a discount. It was scary .

BOLocation next to the Cruise Terminal is a plus.
Breakfast didn’t have many options. Besides,it was too crowdy, very hard to find a seat. This because all cruisers want to eat at the same time. Only one elevator was working and tens of cruisers trying to get in with their luggage at the same time was very unpleasent. We had to wait 10 minutes until we could get a space.

Our Booking quote was $870 and I was charged $1020 with no explanation. The manager said either take it or go someplace else. Extremley disappointed. May never use Booking again.
