"Clean, but administration was bad."

I liked the room itself and it was clean

Patrick is slow to respond and when i asked about getting a cancelation confirmation for an earlier cancelation i made, he never send it even though he said he would. The walls were thin and i could hear everything that was happening in the building. I also had to pay the turist tax twice.

"Superb"

Luckily I had a room at the rear which was very quiet and free parking was good. It is on a busy road though but I had no trouble. The decoration was stylish and kitchen facilities good.

You can hear all the guests coming in late
