Il cibo è stato ottimo. Lo staff sempre disponibile, in particolare Rosy eccezionale, sempre attenta, molto ospitale, ci ha coccolati per tutta la durata del soggiorno con le sue delizie e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. La struttura molto rilassante e curata, ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il Salento e le sue magnifiche spiagge.

Struttura molto bella e accogliente, personale molto disponibile e gentile nel soddisfare al meglio le richieste dei clienti. Peccato solo che nella nostra stanza non c’era acqua calda, problema tecnico segnalato ma non risolto a dovere

"Pool packed with wasps - no response to compliants/cancellation: do not book here"

Horrible mistake - due to hot weather booked this hotel - especially because of the pool. Arrived we saw nobody at the pool, is was packed with wasps - due I am allergic to wasps I could not make use of the pool. I said I would like to cancel the reservation. Not possible, do not speak proper English and was not the owner, which was not contactable. No in the aftermath they do not respond to anything - even not to booking.com itself.
