Very nice location. Well appointed. Comfortable with air conditioning. Balcony over courtyard was great.

Being picky, beds were quite firm.

Very nice staff, good communication and fast response. The apartment is beautiful, good location and very well equipped. Beautiful view of the bridge. They even left me some dippers for my baby 🐥 it was great!

The stairs, we need to go 1.5 floors up and with a baby stroller it's not that comfortable.

perfect location.... beautiful apartment, tastfully decked out. Short walk from main drag. Very quiet neighbourhood which was ideal.

electricity was an issue at times, so we were always having to reboot powerboard.

The view was fabulous as was the location. Staff provided recommendations for cafes and sights.

The apartment was lovely with views over the 25 April Bridge. Lovely sized rooms. Just a short walk from restaurants and shops.

Beautifully appointed flat, with a well appointed kitchen. Very spacious with a comfortable living area. We were very happy with the flat, and enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony, and relaxing together.

The property itself is wonderful, but it can be a little noisy at night, with people coming and going within the building. The location is close to the city, but it’s quite far uphill, and it can be a steep climb, so you need to be fairly fit and mobile, as there can be a lot of hills and stairs.

The keys were handed over in person. And it was a very warm gesture

The place doesn’t have salt/pepper/cooking oil etc for basic breakfast. Maybe that’s a little different than in North America. Just need to prepare that by ourselves. Also one of the room smells bad with bathroom sewer

The apartments are located in the central area, not far away from the old city. The area is quiet, so you may have a good rest at night. The apartments are well furnitured, so you will find everything you need there. Almost all facilities work fine, so you don't need to worry about hot water, air conditioner or anything else. There is a cozy balcony, where you can enjoy with a nice view.

Originally the apartments should cost us about 190 EUR /night, which I found quite relevant for no peak season (2nd half of February), but because of some glitch on Booking.com, it did reset ages of my 2 kids to 0 y.o. Since I did pre-booking with possibility of free cancelation, there was about a month to pay my attention to that (and to give me a chance either to cancel the booking without penalties or to confirm it and pay 300 EUR extra), but owner did it just in 2 days before my check-in, when the automatic payment was made and I have no variants anymore. I found this unfair, because I would choose another apartments for 260 EUR /night. Thus, below are my suggestions as for "260 EUR /night" apartments: 1) Main entrance key from 2nd set doesn't work properly. I informed the owner from the very beginning and they promised that someone replaces the key, but nobody contacted me during my whole stay. 2) Doors in shower / toilet rooms have no locks, so you should barricade it from inside to prevent someone opens it suddenly. 3) The apartments have wooden floor squeaking in some places, which can be found uncomfortable especially during the morning hours. 4) There is no place to park your car even for 2-3 minutes, so you can only quickly load/unload and be ready to move your car at any moment when someone's else car would like to pass.
