This hotel was very lovely ,the staff were very helpful. Lovely setting, very clean , very comfortable. Felt at home , and very relaxing

Not a single thing to say

The hotel itself is IMMACULATE it was cleaned every day morning and night, inside, by the pools, in the rooms everything was spotless. The aesthetics of the hotel were on point everything down to the tea cups you get in the rooms were all so aesthetically pleasing. The staff were all so lovely and attentive always around to ask for drinks or food or if you needed any help. Out of all the staff, Marina at reception stood out the most! She was always so kind and helped as much as she could with anything you needed. She organised everything for us and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! She welcomed us with a warm embrace and made our stay magical.

The food was delicious but I must say there were not many non-pork options and as we don’t eat pork it was a little limited for options but there were lovely steaks in the a la cart and chicken options in the lunch bar and main buffet. Towels were all down on sunbeds at around 8:45 latest but if you want a “preferred bed” we got up at around 7 to go and lay them, staff are very attentive with this as they have a policy which states if towels are left unattended for over an hour they will get removed which was very helpful regarding the “sunbed hoggers”
