The view from outside was good

The room was smelly and dirty. It seemed as though the furniture hasn't been cleaned in a while and it's just the linen that gets cleaned. The Karaoke and basketball on TV at 8.30 am accompanied by the all day partying right outside the room was not pleasant. Cockroaches and spiders in the bathroom were an unwelcome addition as well. I also expected the Mountain and Lake views to be from the room itself and not from outside.

I like the ambiance of the place, but I felt boring in a bit.

Billiard is old, swimming pool is quiet dirty, not worth for the price for overnight. It expensive not satisfied.

Dessa was so accommodating and very helpful. Always willing to help with a smile.

The place is really big, it would help if they made sure that it's not just the bedrooms but also other communal guest areas are kept clean and safe everytime they have guests to accommodate.
