The staff and room facilities could be better
CARoom is big, but furniture and setting is a bit old with Soviet taste. The staff is very nice and helpful, the hotel has a very beautiful yard.
Kitchen is a bit out of date, toilet is a bit smelly

DENice simple and quiet, clean hotel in the center of the village. has a restaurant and a garden. Reception is very friendly and helpful with organizing tours to the waterfall, hiking and answering questions. Thanks a lot.

There’s tea and coffee in the lobby, but apparently not for guests that don’t take breakfast. They charge a lot for breakfast. For the price of the room they could provide a small fridge and a teakettle. Weird that it’s not possible to buy refreshments from the restaurant. We were told we could drink the water from the tap, but it looked very chalky/white. Confusing situation about room service, as we requested it but it wasn’t done. Staff from the reception isn’t very knowledgeable about the area/activities.
