A recepção fica dentro da casa e dá para ouvir cada pequeno ruído ou som, e a recepcionista, usando o mesmo Wi-Fi, deixa o sinal muito lento.

Plug sockets are at awkwardly height to charge phone. Water in toilet slightly smelly. Map on booking.con is wrong - location is 5/10 mins out of town.

Está bonito decorado Desayuno bueno y completo Los empleados que están allí son muy simpáticos. Muy cerca de Santo Antonio.

Muy mala comunicación, no responden al mail, no responden al WhatsApp. No había agua caliente. El WC no tiene privacidad. Hay muchos animales alrededor del hotel y no paran de ladrar los perros.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are very nice as well. The breakfast is amazing and stuff is super friendly!!!

Perfect place to stay. Close to everything and very practical to get to know Príncipe. Perfect for 2 or 3 pax. I stayed in the apartment on the city center. Jorge is a great host. And João and Nese were very helpfull. The house is close to everything in a walking distance, restaurants, supermarket, etc.

The information on booking is not so clear. Roça Maria Helena has 2 different accomodations, 1 appartment in the city center and one bungalow out of the center... Be carefull when to choose and talk to the owner. Jorge is a great host.
