Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt meines Erachtens nicht. In meinem Fall wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, bevor ich ausgecheckt hatte – ärgerlich.

USBeautiful setting, very nice breakfast and dinner. They also have a small gelato bar open all day. The staff was helpful in recommending places to hike and explore. The room was a great size for a family of 4.
We would stay here again.

LTUSLocation right on the lake, amazing views from the rooms, balconies with chairs and a portable lounger, everything was super clean, fridge in room, perfect location for strolling along the lake or up the hill in the cute little town, OUTSTANDING breakfast was included, solid wifi, gorgeous view for lunch, spacious rooms, lovely built-in cabinets in bathroom and bedroom, outlets next to bed, super water pressure for showers, friendly and helpful check in staff, elevator, wonderful cool sleeping weather with open windows (and no bugs!). Only 15 minutes from Malga Ciapèla and the Marmolada funicular (ABSOLUTELY A MUST DO). Lunch from the menu was perfect (see my notes below about dinner though). Despite some of the things I will mention below, I would 100% stay here again!
Kitchen staff smoked outside and the smell came right upstairs and into our room through the open windows and since it was summer and there is no air conditioning, we had to have the windows open smelling the nasty smoke (not sure, but I suspect there would be a similar smoke smell problem on the other side of the hotel above the dining patio). I do NOT RECOMMEND the fixed price dinner. Service was awful, fish was served barely warm and all dried out on top, and we were there for 2-½ hours waiting FOREVER for each course. No wonder the fish was dry and cold. We told our waitress and rather than crediting us for that portion of the meal, she just said she'd tell the kitchen. NOT good customer service. Bathtub was very slippery and a big challenge to stand up in due to the narrowness of the bottom and being attacked by shower curtain.
HRLocated in a perfect spot od Alleghe, quiet. Staff is welcoming and food excellent. Plenty of places to walk around.
