Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our bed was firm but comfortable. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

La atención del personal de seguridad, de la recepción y del restaurante fue superlativa. La habitación excelente, grande, cómoda. La limpieza de la habitación y del hotel en general 10/10. Comí practicamente todos los días en el hotel (desayuno, cena) y fue impecable, mucha variedad de platos, abundante y muy rico. Recomiendo 100% que se hospeden aquí.

It was a hidden gem, very stylish , great bathroom and bedroom . Food on site was really good !

They were updating a couple things , with touch up painting , but not any inconvenience.

Clean facilities, lovely garden, nice room. Great lunch service, especially the girl attending there, I think her name is Osiris? Thanks for your kindness 😊

The hot water was not working, and I put it on the highest temperature. Also, the receptionists were not too friendly and they made me feel more like they were doing me a favor, when I was paying for a service. They forgot to give me the wifi password and when I requested it they rolled their eyes because I interrupted their chit-chatting. Not nice or professional at all.

Todos muy amables, lugar muy bien ubicado cerca del mall, muy seguro. El desayuno tradicional es muy increíble, sugerencia agregrar una tortilla extra en el plato, pero, mucho sabor y buena porción.
