The mattress in the 3rd bedroom could really do with being replaced

Needs a bit of maintenance. Downstairs toilet seat loose. Upstairs toilet no lock on door and no extractor fan. Heating set too high

Temperature was very hot!! lots of different things were broken and needed to be fixed. Didn't impact the stay
GBGBGBGBSuch a spacious place especially when accommodating bigger groups, was a lovely place and was clean. The free parking was an added bonus especially in Cardiff! And a good walk into town so didnt need to uber or drive! A lot of handy extras like shampoo etc incase we did forget
Lock on the bathroom was completely broken so when there was 7 people in the house we had to make sure we informed eachother to avoid embarrassment! An extra sofa would have come in handy and only 4 of us could sit on the sofa and the rest had to sit on the floor. We could not find any tea towel so when washing dishes we had nothing to dry the plates with. Maybe trimming the grass etc would have made the outside of the place more inviting ( inside beautiful ) but the outside and garden let it down a little bit!
