the house is beautiful, great amenities, amazing location. Kitchen well equipped, everything very clean

the ACs worked but barely (not) cooled down. They required all kinds of information from guests to grant us access. Not just me, from little kids too. For the price they could have easily left the heat on in the pool. They asked for 15-20 Euro a day and when I contacted them at the house, they raised the price to $50 a day. The place is not that straightforward to find if you are not familiar with Madeira.
