À hidden gem that is naturally cool a'd fully equipped for a great week in Cagliari.

This location worked my cardio to come to it. Beware of the fact that it's located up in the city.

Il Portagioie means “the jewel box”, but this apartment was a gem in itself. It is located in the heart of the Castello quarter, within a walking distance from all the main attractions (keep in mind there are plenty of staircases and inclined streets in the area, so something to consider if you have mobility issues). The apt has everything you need, even for a longer stay, and a unique highlight is the wine cellar where you can taste your local Sardinian wines without even leaving the apt. There is a bit of humidity in the air, but that’s not the apartment’s fault, it’s something you’ll notice throughout the entire quarter. As a solo traveler, I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first when filling out the deposit form, but I felt completely safe during my stay. Thank you to Mario and Genny for being wonderful hosts, they even allowed me to do a self check in earlier. Genny also gave me the best local recommendations. Absolutely recommend it for a truly unique stay in the heart of Cagliari.

De accomodaties, deze was echt netjes en super mooi gelegen in het ouwe gedeelte van het Centrum van Cagliari.

- Location - Manager Mario is very helpful, professional, and friendly - value - well equipped

- High humidity in the apartment, although their is a dehumidifier, but it's not enough - The fumes of the kitchen of the restaurant opposite the apartment get in the house, so you smell what they cook (sometimes smells good and sometimes bad) - The water heater is a bit small

The property is so unique and tastefully styled!

Great location, the hosts were super helpful and friendly, facilities were really handy, was a nice and cool so I didn’t even need the air con! Massive thank you to the hosts

Excellent location, easy access to the all the amenities, still quiet and very comfortable. Flat is spotlessly clean and has everything you need.
