Booked for 2 nights. My car was damaged while parked in front of my room on the first night. I just need the CCTV footage to avoid paying $950 in excess as part of my insurance claim and prove it didn’t happen to me - there is a camera pointing directly towards where I was parked and I was assured the CCTV was operating. The motel manager said the footage was being looked into as we spoke, and she’d send it through the next day. It has now been 4 days and I still don’t have the footage. I will happily edit this review the moment I receive the CCTV footage from Energy Motel that I was promised. For now, I am left over $1000 out of pocket with an insurance claim on hold; for the damage my vehicle incurred, and the second pre-paid night I didn't end up feeling comfortable to stay for. Energy Motel, please get in touch!

-musty smell as soon as you walk in -turned or ac and the front cover fell off, showing the filthy dust filled filters -Shower still had soap on the soap dish, was also dusty dirty around the shower/mouldy -Only 2 flannels provided when booked for 4 people. -Questionable if linen was truly clean, hair throughout on of the beds -no wifi password available, despite advertising having free wifi no way to login -power multi board hanging out of the wall -overall very poor cleanliness
