No coffee in the room.
NZNZNZno breakfast. location is Ok handy to the shops and beach motor way connection is close by. The shower had good water pressure but there was Mould in the shower cubical.
The unit was grubby poor standard of cleanliness. tea coffee making supplies very poor with open tea bags (not individually wrapped but taken from a larger box) and placed in the tray with no idea how long they have been out in the open or how many people have handled them. The coffee and sugar where also unsanitary being jars that are topped up covered in fingerprints from who knows who same with the microwave wipe clean surfaces covered in fingerprints. The inside of drawers covered with a film of dust and now suitable to put clean clothes.

Rooms need a decent clean. This was my second time staying and I feel it’s deteriorated since the first time. More blankets on the bed would be good as it got very cold. The shower needed a good scrub and the heat pump remote is covered in a sort of adhesive residue. There was also hair left on the pillows on the bed which didn’t give me alot of comfort. Not sure if I would choose again unfortunately
NZGreat location, easy to find, the woman at the front desk was lovely, the Wifi speed was fantastic. Plenty of milk in the fridge, which was great. Complementary makeup kit
When we arrived the room smelt warm, of food and musty. There was toothpaste residue leftover from the previous guests. We also had ants. The floor had liquid stains, as if it needed to be mopped. The shower cleanliness was not optimal where we wanted to shower, so we passed on that.
