"location was good but not the most comfortable stay given my paranoia about the insects"

elevator was not working, seems to be older hotel, can;t tell from pictures, carpet in parts of building could use a cleaning or replacing, bathtub in the room did not look clean and looked to be a buildup of dirt and also saw roaches in bathroom upon arrival, room was also hot upon arrival and took quite a while to cool off once turned on air

reserved a double bed room, instead I got one bed and I couldn’t acomódate my family so I had to look for a different hotel and rent another room! i asked for my refund but Booking.com says they are trying to reach to you guys but you are not answering so you can approve the refund!
