Great value for money, neat rooftop view, close location to shops & places to eat, friendly management and clean rooms. Not much more you could ask for.

A bit nestled away making it tricky to spot the first time.

We had a great stay! The family who runs the hotel is super friendly and serves delicious (Indian) breakfast. The room is simple, but clean and spacious. The highlight was the rooftop with an amazing view. In addition, the father of the family is an official guide and we did a tour through the city palace with him. Make sure to ask for him as well, we absolutely enjoyed it!

Great quality-price ratio hotel. Everything was great, even wifi. Jitu is super friendly. Rockstar host.

There is good wifi inside the room, and it's located a bit far from the main street so it is nice if you look for a bit more quiet place.

We've arrived at the 31 of December. We got a room for 2800 INR trough Booking.com. the room had a small window towards a brick wall, A.C with no heat mode (and it was very cold). The next night costs 1200 INR. We've been told there is hot water, but it didn't last for more than one-two minutes. It's not pleasant to wait another 20 minutes with a shampoo on your head so there will be hot water again. When we said about that to the owners they didn't care so much and didn't assist any help, just said to wait till the hot water will be back. The next day we moved to another guesthouse.

Centrally located. However due to New Years Eve, roads to old city were blocked. Spent an hour going round & round trying to get to this place. We had to give up on our car and rented an auto to get here.

For Rs 1900 per night that we paid, the property didn’t offer any amenities at all. There were no towels. No toiletries or hand wash soap was provided. Bed sheets weren’t white. Blanket didn’t have cover. There was no one to assist us with our luggage and we had to carry it upstairs to second level. No lift or elevator. Requested for electric kettle to boil water, but our request was denied. Instead they provided hot water in a stove top kettle. It required periodic refill. When we requested for a refill, the owner asked us to come and get it ourselves from the roof terrace. There was no such thing as room service. I felt like I was a servant in his house. Very noisy in the morning with kids yelling & crying. The owners seemed like nice people but they need to put more effort into making this a comfortable stay for guests. In an effort to maximize profits, they’re ruining the experience for guests.

The family running the homestay are helpful and make themselves available to help. The owner was helpful in helping me secure a private transit to Jodhpur after the stay with pickups at another hotel my friends were at. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet during night time for a good rest. The location is a 5 minute walk to the center of Old City of very convenient and the rooftop has a great view of the City Palace.
