"budget stay only"

Near mahakal and central location, staff was friendly and accomodating and helpful.

Rooms were unclean, toilets were leaky and welcome kit was just a bar of soap, asking for extra money for cleaning other than their usual timing. Policy was different than FabHotel. And parking is poor and far away.

ROOM CLEANLINESS AND VENTILLATION GOOD.

RECEIVING THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS A CHALLENGE. THE RECEPTION AND AUTHORISED RESTAURENT WERE NOT PICKING UP CALL. STANDARD TIME FOR BREAKFAST WAS MENTIONED AS 7.00 AM TO 9.00 AM. LATER RECEIVED.

The hotel is visually stunning, with great design and a prime location in Pilgrim.

The cleanliness was disappointing. My room had stained carpets, dusty furniture, and poorly cleaned linens.
