Room service and kitchen foods are excellent

First of all in check-in it's been surprised that complimentary breakfast will not provide by hotel as per receptionist.I have followed up with booking.com and on several communication i did to get breakfast..that too only on menu which is worst experience for me. Cockroaches roaming on bed and on floor in the room. No Card payment accepted by Hotel Reception.
