The infrastructure structure is good but maintenance is very poor, health faucet fungus formation

Cleanliness is very poor - fungus formed over a health faucet. I used a mug without touching it. Rooms cleanliness is average only not upto the standard. Hot water supplied only if we request. Towel & soap not provided At the time of check out Invoice not given even after requesting them, payment only taken in advance. Still following up with them for Invoice but they shared only invalid system screen shot after many follow-ups . Invoice copy not yet shared. Requested in Booking.com also but no response from booking.com.
