GBLovely to be welcomed with a hamper of goodies and a bottle of fizz. A great little weekend getaway, for us it was a journey stop over. Hot tub was lovely.
The enclosed garden wasn't fully enclosed so we had to keep a close eye on our dog who could get through a hole in the fence.

pot holes leading up to the house were an issue for my old car in the dark and rain but I guess with such a popular place filling the pot holes needs time for it all to set

GBThey had thought of anything that you could possibly need and every effort is made to make you feel at home.
Sadly, where other renters have mistreated the property a little there are a few wear and tear issues that will need fixing at some point. Eg laminate flooring starting to lift in places, but it didn’t affect our stay.

Very dated inside. Beds smelled of sweaty feet. Booked for 5, only bedding for 4 and 4 towels. Asked for more bedding and told if we didn't like the setup we could leave and go elsewhere. Came back with extra towel and bedding. Said they didn't know we had booked for 5. Confirmation showed 5, as was booked.

Frying pan had oil left in it, iron didn’t work, no corkscrew, poor equipment, iron didn’t work. Low water pressure for showers. Contacted them about internet connection and instructions for equipment and no help given. Apple products don’t work on internet. No handbook - one page of instructions set via email!!

The driveway is in serious need of attention, very large potholes. Couldn't find the ironing board and when i went to use the iron it wasn't working. wasn't to much of an issue as we were only staying for one night.
