Séjour très agréable dans ce Riad, parfaitement entretenu. Le riad est bien aménagé et on s'y sent comme à la maison. Nous avons eu droit à un petit déjeuner généreux et varié pour bien commencer la journée. L'accueil et l'ambiance sont très apaisants. Voici une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation et je reviendrais volontiers en famille volontiers !

The Riyadh was very spacious, the rooms were neat and tidy, all of which had ACs. The stay is perfect for a group up to 8 people, the residence is very close to the Medinah which saved us a lot of time, and we were able to have breakfast with its included cook, her name was Soukaina (she is adorable!). I will rebook this same stay the next time I come :)

House is in residence xomplex, with guards, where you have restaurants, coffees and shops, which is comfortable. You can park inside safely. The apartment is veeery big, 3 floors and 4th is the rooftop with very nice terrace. It has 2 double room with AC, another double/ twin with AC, 1 room with bathroom with double bed and 2 bunk beds, where AC was not working properly :( and has as well 2 big sofas for couples or singles, one is on the second floor and one on the first, next to the kitchen. Basically, suited for 8/9 people without any problems, depending on how much privacy is needed. Kitchen has everything, there are 2 bathrooms in total. Very good communication with owner, easy self check in. A bit difficult to find inside the residence, just go right from the entrance and follow the main road to 25 sud

In the winter months is a bit cold as most of the houses in Morroco, even though we had the bad luck to catch the wettest and coldest weather in 10 years, and there were still some heaters in the house :) but in good weather it will be the perfect stay for big group.

Беше много студено, бяхме в Маракеш през Декември и ни беше студено - климатиците или не работеха или не можеха да се справят с пространството. А в общото пространство, което е огромно, една малка газова печка не върши никаква работа.

Le riad se trouve dans une résidence sécurisé à proximité de la médina , une fois la sécurité passé à l’entrée on se retrouve dans une véritable oasis la verdure est magnifique et la grande mosquée splendide . Concernant le riad il est charmant et typique d’un logement marocain , il est fonctionnel et reposant , la propreté impeccable . Tout le nécessaire est à disposition et l’hôte est très accueillant et disponible il a eu la gentillesse de nous organiser le repas du soir . La cuisinière soukaina nous à régaler avec un poulet aux olives incroyable bien meilleur qu’au restaurant. Je conseille sans hésiter et nous serons ravi de réserver à nouveau chez vous .
