De huis was boven ons verwachting hele goeie locatie super leuke cafes waar je kon eten vet goedkoop we waren met zn 5 de ontbijt uitgebreid elke dag buiten eten voor nog en eens 30 euro en we aten alleen buiten niks koken de kosten waren echt super goedkoop en plus die zwembad waren dr 3 stuks grote zwembaden was echt n leuke ervaring mijn kinderen waren super blij de huis was super groot en ruim de eigenaar ook n hele goeie kerel bedankt volgende keer als ik kom ik ga zeker nog n keer bij u boeken

The host is amazing. Constant communication via WhatsApp. Very attentive. Allowed us early check in and late check out, being with kids made it’s amazing. Swimming pool is lovely. Small taxi ride Into medina. Complex had everything you need. Restaurants are very reasonably priced and supermarkets prices are local rate. Very safe as it’s guarded gates all the time. Mosque in the complex, amazing for prayers. Riad is clean and comfortable. Air conditioning is great. Kitchen is clean. Having the washing machine was great. Can’t fault it at all. The host and housekeeping ladies made it a great stay.

The house was big enough for the group of 8 people. You can walk outside even at night as it’s inside a secured area. There are restaurants, small groceries and ATM machine within walking distance. Taxis are also available almost all the time. There’s a community swimming pool which we liked a lot.

The toilets don’t have any push shower. Hot water doesn’t work at night (donno why). They don’t have any toaster and only 2 hobs work. There are 2 bathrooms with shower facilities but in one of the bathrooms there’s no rail to put the towel/clothes on. Toilet at the downstairs don’t have any water supply. It’s simply a toilet. The host didn’t check the things properly before we arrived. The bathroom at the top floor didn’t have any light and it was absolutely dark at night which made the kids terrified. I contacted the host and he sent somebody in the morning to put on a new light. The microwave wasn’t working properly. So when I contacted the host he suggested me to go to nearby restaurant to make the food warm which was absolutely ridiculous!! He told me that getting food warm in microwave is not healthy so advised me to go to restaurant!! I told him that I have kids and I need that very often to make the food warm. However after all these back and forth he told me that he would send somebody to see the microwave but eventually no one showed up in our 5 days stay in the property. There was no hand wash in the toilet as well. The washing machine seems broken as well. It keeps going on and on sometimes and doesn’t stop at all after 30 minutes wash. Absolutely a nightmare!!! I am editing this comment after reviewing the Host's comment- With all my previous comment I would like to degrade the rating from 3 to 1 as because of the host lied about replacing the microwave during our stay which never happened. He never sent anyone to look into that. On top of that after submitting my review he sent me the text message on whatsapp asking to remove the comment by bribing me £90. He said that as a gesture of goodwill he would refund me one night payment. I said if it's a matter of goodwill after all those problem during my stay then he should refund 50%. The host was not happy with that one and at some point he started threatening me through the whatsapp...

It was not comfortable with 2 kids because of the stairs and between gap in the columns of the stairs

Excellent service except Heating service. There was no heating.
