"Lovely area and nice caravan."

Great location. Good site. Plenty to do with the beach close by. Berwick Leisure centre is much better than the haven site pool. It is a good size caravan with the basics all there.

The caravan wasn’t as clean as I’d like. Leftover items by other guests (slippers under the bed- hair bobbles), dust and grime on all skirtings. Only one decent pan made cooking for five difficult, no wine glasses. Limited space in wardrobes which were piled high with bags of blankets and towels which looked they were just thrown in. It would be good to have hooks on the backs of doors for towels etc too.

Site was great, very pleasant, ideal for beach and town. Amenities were good, ideal for children and very dog friendly. Staff were always welcoming Power cut in caravan but very prompt response from owners, sorted quickly Caravan clean, cosy & comfortable

Water pressure very poor in caravan, resulting in poor shower No blind up in main bathroom Plug in heater in sitting room not working

Kids having a good time which I like to see kids with the bed all the kids' teddy and a book most of them thank u it's a very nice caravan we enjoyed it

Not enough tea sugar no coffee I pay a lot! And I know u own it but need a clean bit more like kitchen living room blind window lucky I'm not fussed but others? There's nothing not to like most of all it's good thank u

The caravan is in a great location, is comfortable and well equipped and close to both the beach/cliffs and site facilities. The area in and around Berwick is lovely. The weather was great. Beautiful views over the sea a few minutes away.

The shower temperature is erratic. A veranda would have been nice.
