property looks different in real life. The entrance door of the hotel is small like a lodge inn only.

I like how spacious the rooms

Lack of amenities. No hair blower, no toiletries, no slippers, and a lot of ants. And also the room is kinda expensive and dusty.

the staff were very good and prompt !

the drainage in the bathroom was poor although the staff helped with towels to soak up the water ! if you charge so much u should provide at least a bottle of complimentary drinking water in the room !

1. Place was not clean. Rats were seen in the corridors. The room likewise smelled of rats and has no ventilation/windows. 2. Room did not meet value for money. It was smaller than the usual room paid at the same rate in other hotels. 3. Shower was defective. There were no pail and dipper so we had to sit below the faucet just to take a shower. 4. You have to pay for the parking, which was also not clean and smelled of rats. 5. No bedroom slippers and bottled water were provided.

Location accessible

Cleaning bit fair, not changing towel and duvet cover seem not clean or wash,still with stains. No daily supply if toiletries.
