The Greys luxury apartment

It’s beautiful, well decorated and in a very safe establishment. Its location is perfect, as it close to all the places we wanted to visit.

Wet towels I got. Dirty linen in wardrobe there was a bad smell when you open it

Is is closer to the near by shopping centres and mall we did not have to drive long honours. The front view of the apartment was so perfect

The property was not properly clean. We had to change sheet in the morning only to find out the the sheet left in the wall drop is not clean we had to wash same applies to the towels. The bathroom had hair I guess is from previous guest. Bathroom accessories more especially the one for tooth brush was not washed.

We received a call that they will be an hour delay from there side, while we waited The Lady called and canceled the booking and returned our money. So we end up look other place within that short notice our day was horrible.

They way things just turned up and it cause us to pay more than our budget for accommodations

Minimal utilities

The location, apartment and facilities were good

No cooking utensils like cooking spoons, egg flippers, thongs, mixing bowls ect. Only eating utensils were provided, and a pot and pan so it'snot really self catering if it doesn't have these. Also when I requested the gate code to be sent early the next morning because I had to leave early, it was not sent as arranged, instead it was sent an hour later therefore I was late an hour for my appointment. My family had to sit out side the terminal waiting for us and thus we reached home an hour later. All she said was sorry ma'am, no explanation provided. Very very disappointing end to my holiday.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay ,she is an amazing host always giving us update and making sure that our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this place

This is a great location located just a few minutes from Ballito Junction-you can literally see the mall from your apartment!!!

Everything exceeded my expectations!!!
