ROThe location of the appartment, close to shops, bars, metro station. The communication with the host was very clear. The place is clean, quiet and comfortable.

NOThe apartment was fully equipped and had even a first aid kit in the bathroom. As a nurse, that was a good surprise! The location, was perfect, a big veranda, and close to everything. Communication with the owner was easy and we also got a late check out.

GBThe house was full of amenities from toilet paper to even basic medicine like painkillers in a box! The location is grand....central but not too noisy...everything (including the metro station) is within 5 min distance. The owners are always happy to chat with you for any issues or questions. The place would be ideal IF certain features had been added.
Point one is that the temperature is not controlled downwards ...only upwards (heater) so if you want to take it down (which is normal during warm months) you need an air condition installation inside the bedroom. When I entered the house the temp was 28 degrees near the bedroom. To get this down to a normal 23 I had to turn on the living room unit and wait for 10 hours until the whole house would cool down! You cannot expect any customer to wait 10 hours until the temp goes down in a certain area of the house, not to mention that this is not cost-efficient with electricity consumption. The first two days I did not have a good night's sleep because of that as the bedroom remained warm. The second point is that the bedroom could use a table lamp. There is only main ceiling lighting which is too bright if someone wants to read a book, work on a laptop, or simply relax before going to sleep.
