There was no running water with or with electricity

Bedding & towels fresh & clean. Loved being able to swim at home and not having to go out. Braai area was nice. Enough toilet paper was provided and the sweety on the bed was a plus. We had visits from the wild animals. To our surprise the house was being serviced. Great! There was nothing we needed. We would recommend the Lodge. Guests just needs guidance at to where to go to book activities.

We were not told where to collect the keys. Or even that we must collect keys. In fact, we went straight to the house assuming it would be open. Had to return to the gate to go find out. There were very old stale cigarette buds lying on the viewing deck and around the property. Horrible. The micro plate was missing, and a knife handle broken. We didn't / couldn't check everything because no list was provided. Little concerned that we would be blamed for breakage.

- Property is poorly maintained, broken items across the house. - Swimming pool was dirty and could not be used. - Unfortunately we were expecting more for the amount paid.
